Healing the Scars of Childhood Abuse
So well written and very easy to understand. It makes sense and is not like a normal informative book. It helps you understand if you know someone who was abused during childhood or to help you if you were abused.I have a few friends who were abused as children and this helps me understand their mindset. It is beautifully written and it is not like any other self-help book that I have ever read. It has a lot of compassion and sympathy with the approach the writer has. Ive gained a huge insight on this subject. It explains the long term effects of childhood abuse and how to help yourself heal and come to terms with it. One of my favourite things about the book is in it there is a part that says something along the lines of it may have happened and it may have been your normal but it is not normal.

URRRGGG The amount of frustration I have for this product is maybe a little more than I should have. Okay so I charged this baby up for the 6 hours I was supposed to. Done! I put it on my back- pressed power and then I tried to press the up button to make it so that the intensity would go up-I was really hurting here! Then nothing. I was like okay maybe I pressed the wrong button. I put it on my leg and tried for round two. You will never guess what happened again. Thats right. Nothing. I asked two other people to try it and still nothing. So frustrated but I will keep trying.
