So I don't know about you guys but when I get sick and can't breathe in through my nose I sit there and reminisce about the days where I was sitting there doing absolutely nothing breathing like I was a pro at it. These days my health hasn't been to kind to me but hey Im still kicking!
Anyways back to the wonderful Neti Sinus Rinse. Its a method of relieving the sinus cavity of the well, snot and other awesomely nasty things we humans have in our body. I use it for my allergies/sinus infections. I love it. Its so gross and works so well and I love it. Ive only used the Sinus Rinse kit but I recently received the Neti Pot Kit. Anyways its simple. Use boiled water, mix the powder with the water in the bottle, shake it up. Go to the bathroom (or kitchen though its kinda nasty in my opinion to subject the kitchen sink to that but no judgement here!) and lean over the sink and squeeze the bottle and bam! all the nastiness is coming out of your other nostril.
There are some cons sick not so smart me has discovered:
-Never EVER EVER use tap water! It burns and it probably isn't the safest!
-The packets are kind of expensive but if your sick they are worth it!
-The stuff that comes out is nasty

-No more nasty stuff in my body to make me sick
